Finally day 2 almost over!! Can you tell that I am excited for this awful day to be coming to a close!! :) Seriously, so excited and it ended pretty darn good too. Well this morning Damon had gone for a CT and they found blood on the skull but on the right side. Yeap, you are thinking correctly, he had surgery on his left side. So the blood was on the complete opposite side. This was a little alarming to the Physicians (Neuro and ENT) since they didn't know what exactly was going on. Well about 11 am they finally doped Damon up with the good stuff (pain and nausea). He then took a nap from 12 pm till 5 pm. He had several visitors that he missed during that time frame, his cousin- Marcus, his childhood friend- Brian and our old Bishop from our old church here in Houston- Bishop Pruitt. I enjoyed visiting with them and they did a wonderful job of helping me not be bored. Thanks! Then at 5 pm they took Damon for another CT and the blood was still there. So they will perform another CT in the morning and check again. They just game him some A-M-B-I-E-N (Jackie that was for you. lol) so hopefully that will allow him to rest tonight.
